We stayed here on our way home from Cornwall to break our journey up. The super king bed was absolutely fantastic given that our toddler often co-sleeps - it was like having a single bed each so we still had our own space (we've now decided that we're buying a super king bed after Christmas). Both the day and night staff on reception were very welcoming however, our room was next to a corridor door, we could hear this banging shut until around 11:30pm and then again from around 6am for this I'm going to knock 1* off as it's easily corrected - just request a room away from corridor doors.
