Nice rooms, excellent staff, rooms are not as clean as expected ( I am a bit picky on that).Beautiful views from some of the rooms.Very quiet area, not much around but it is perfect for long walks and enjoy the quietness.The food is really good but a bit pricey.
Nice pub if a bit shabby, room 5 very small , not many staff all very young and not well trained didn't know what brandy was.Dinner average at best small portions not cheap ,nothing seasoned.Breakfast looked nice bit small 1 bacon 1 sausage 1 egg small spoon of mushrooms half slice fried bread all stone cold. When i complained at checkout was offered half hearted apology and no discount offered.Very disappointing stay for my wife's birthday.
Amazing pub with incredible views, we had a Sunday roast and they accommodated our request for extra rare beef and despite not having booked managed to sit us in the bar area as we had our dogs with us. The waiter was polite, knowledgeable and served us extremely quickly. A real gem a must when exploring this areas.
What a gem. A lovely Inn in a beautiful village..the rooms are great, a vintage feel recently decorated to a high standard, we enjoyed a very quiet and comfortable night. The Inn has a great selection of real ales and drinks, the evening food was excellent and the staff very very hard working and attentive. Breakfast was to a very high standard also, a wide selection all freshly prepared and served hot. We could not rate this hotel higher, would definitely recommend to family and friends...in fact we already have!
Staff very welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The room we had was very clean and tidy. Food was very good. Dogs very welcome and ours enjoyed a cooked sausage every day for breakfast.
