whilst shopping in the store, the staff were more interested in role playing to their friends gathered in the store for closing time, would avoid shopping here due to poor customer service and ability to focus on customer requirements

Tills were cashed up and store shut and not one of the 3 staff on duty had the where-with-all to say to me that the store would be shutting soon and if I wanted to make a purchase to take my items to the till. Having no tannoy was blamed, although I was within view of the till ("we saw you were engrossed" was one comment) and within earshot. They were too busy talking amongst themselves to ask if was ok or if I needed any assistance. Really poor customer service!!!
