Shane has forgotten more than most people know about bikes. He's also shared more than most people know! Every time I go into Cytek (since early 2000's), I leave knowing things I didn't know before about bikes and their maintenance. 5 stars really isn't good enough, because, if you have ears to hear, Shane gives you a lot more than you actually pay for .Almost forgot to say... problem diagnosis, and standard of remedial work, impeccable. Goes without saying .
