I rang up Thursday afternoon to to get flowers delivered to my future wife Saturday before we got married. They promised my flowers would be the first ones to be delivered due to the time restrictions I gave. They came through 100% thank you so much
The lady was very helpful and friendly when I rang them yesterday afternoon to get a pot plant delivered to my daughter and son-in-law as a surprise, as they had just had the keys to their new home. She took time to describe an orchid and ceramic pot that I decided to send, purchasing was easy and it was delivered straight away. I have just seen a photo of it and it's lovely. We met with Josie at the Lilypad florist to plan flowers for our wedding in July. At all times, all the staff at the Lilypad were professional, friendly and accommodating and suggested exactly what we wanted, despite very poor direction on my behalf! The service was exceptional and the buttonholes, bouquets, arrangements and finishing touches to the marquee and service venue were beautiful, fitting perfectly into the scheme and setting. Communication could not have been easier throughout the process and I cannot recommend you highly enough. Thank you, it was a pleasure to work with you!
