So disappointed with their attitude - rude to say the least. I wanted to support a local business, so went there specifically. I could have got a far superior bunch of birthday flowers for far less money at a supermarket. All I could do was apologise to my friend. Overpriced, unpleasant, condescending, and unhelpful.
I walked in and asked if a bouquet coud be made up while I waited. I had no idea what to choose for my wife, so I asked them to choose. The lady said 10 minutes which was fantastic. The bouquet was finished on time and my wife thought it was beautiful. Great service & lovely flowers. Never go anywhere else.

Have used this florists many times previously, but never again. I went in Tuesday to order a bouquet to be delivered next day to Wales(anniversary of the death of my best friend) The two women were chatting in back room, I think I must have disturbed them because I was treated horribly. Was told it wouldn't be them delivering to Wales, it was gonna be E flowers, 'you know the old interflora' Shockingly at 53years old I did know that.... Anyway I asked if it was possible to see examples of what I could order(previously I have been shown examples and prices from information cards) She pointed out one already made up on the floor and told me that was a 50 example, that's not what you are going to want!! If you are looking for abrupt, rushed, rude service go here. No manners, no social skills, not even a nice word about the words I choose for the card!! Really horrible experience,came away wondering what has happened to The Jacaranda I loved and recommended to everyone I know??
