Absolutely fantastic! They had my car in the services building today for a service and mot, staff are super friendly and the mechanics don't do anything unless it really needs doing! They even cleaned my car too which is a task and a half as it's the dog car! Super impressed, wouldn't take my focus anywhere else!
I knew which car i wanted, having looked on their web site. I walked in at 9am, and all the paperwork, finance, everything had been done by 10am. The service was efficient, they were friendly and whatever I asked for, they provided or explained. For example the car needed to be sourced from Scotland, ordinarily taking five days. I was driving my new Mini in 3 days. Thank you all especially Jamie at Stroud Bristol Street Motors.
