Can't fault anything with the service that was provided by James and his mother. Cars are very well presented and I got the part exchange deal that I wanted. Will definitely be going back when I'm looking for another car, and will recommend to friends and family.
It was with some reservations that I drove 60 miles from the West Midlands to purchase a car based on the telephone description provided by the proprietor. However on arrival I found the car to be exactly as described and the preparation of the car was par excellence. It was a real pleasure dealing with James and his parents. James is a self confessed perfectionist and a somewhat cursory look over the remainder of his stock and his set up generally certainly seemed to reflect this. His subsequent phone call the next day to ensure we were happy with the car tells its own story.
Recommended. Very easy and helpful to deal with. Offered a fair price P/X. Had a minor problem with the car and true to his word James sorted it with no fuss. He had also ordered a part I did not know was faulty and fitted it.
Bought a Mercedes B Class start of June 18 couldnt be happier with the car or the service we received from James . When we collected the car it had brand new MOT and service and James himself was cleaning the outside of the car when we arrived to make sure it was in brilliant condition . We will be returning to buy our sons car from Painswick valley as we have been very well looked after and have complete trust in them .James also gave us a great price for the P/X on our old car .
James was excellent in his customer service, showed me around the car and took it for a test drive. He did a great p/x on my car, and went above and beyond to sort out any issues I wanted sorting on the new car. Not only did he put new brake pads on (as suggested), he put new rear disks on the car as an extra as well as a new MOT!! Overall I am extremely happy with my new car and I will be returning in the future! Highly recommend, great to have in the local area.
