To the man in the ticket office: cheers for putting a downer on my New Years celebrations. Never have I ever experienced such awful customer service. My visually impaired friend struggled to read the train departures board and asked for help to which the man in the ticket office just pointed at the screen rather than offering any guidance. Seeing other reviews Im not sure how he still has his job. Well be using the ticket machine next time!
The scenery alone around this station is worth the five stars alone,not forgetting to mention as its So closely located to the high street with your local shops where you can go for a short walk as you wait on your train.

Always trains on time and cafe really good quality for a station. Serves hot food & drinks as well as cold food and drinks.
