We moved to Painswick in September this year. I am disabled and experience chronic, often acute pain.4 times, for as many different medicines, this pharmacy has not stocked what I need and I've had to return another day. Today, with acute pain from suspected broken ribs, i was afain sent away at 5.40pm, with no pain relief.I was told to go to Tesco. I do not drive, have mobility issues and would not have been able to get home had I taken the last bus to collect the prescription I needed. I am on a low income, and today could not afford to buy medicines. That is why I saw the doctor. I get free prescriptions.I am disgusted that the pharmacy did nothing to help.I will not use this overpriced, care less pharmacy again, as I expect to be able to get medicines urgently when required.Awful attitude of staff was very upsetting.
