Large store with extensive product range including gardening and plants. Pricing is reasonable and standard to the Home based branding. Car parking is available directly outside the store and is free. There is always plenty of helpful staff available to assist with your purchases. Located within a few miles of the M5 motorway.
Went in search of large house plants. They had a small selection. I walked to the store and will go back again in a car. I bought odor-eliminating candles for indoor cat litter tray. As with othe large Home Base stores there have a variety of goods. Great for walking around exploring.
Good big branch with a wide selection of goods. Parking is limited. The items are usually reasonable but not top quality. Staff were friendly and they had what we needed so we were happy.
I prefer it to b&q because they're friendlier and quicker at checkout. Plants here are usually well cared for and reasonably priced, sometimes very cheap. Easy parking and level access.
Very unhelpful manager who tried to fob me off telling me what I wanted wasn't in stock, despite the web site saying it was. She was just too lazy to look. I then asked another member of staff who cheerfully pointed me in the right direction. 0 stars for grumpy manager girl, 5 stars for staff member Lucy T.
