Been coming to classes here regularly for over a year and am so SO glad to have this little gem in Stroud. I always enjoy all the classes and find the yoga instructors all to be passionate and great at what they do. Then theres of course the health benefits I experience from a better overall mood, increased confidence, focus and general positivity to detoxification and weight management. Hot Yoga Stroud is also the only place around that I can do an unlimited membership to fit my needs. Highly recommended!
