Excellent service from initial enquiry to visiting showrrom and delivery. Delighted with my quality bed which is also well-priced. Better dealing with a local business where you can try out the beds. All the staff are pleasant and helpful.
Recently my mother moved home and needed a new bed.Andy in Saymor's was excellent and we found exactly the right bed which Mum is now enjoying immensely. Purchased 2 single beds, mattresses and a riser recliner chair a few years ago from the Gloucester store. Since it has closed, I always go back to the Stroud store and have ordered 4 different types beds over the years. Recently purchased a bed for the spare room and I was very impressed with the choice available as well as the price range. Always good to find a local Gloucestershire shop that still puts customer service as well as customer choice first.especially when I compare that with the 'Big Brand' retailers where there seems to be a lot of space but little choice with some very poor quality products.After being exiled to the spare room on numerous occasions I can personally vouch for the comfort of the bed in question and very glad that I heeded Davids' advice and went for the best mattress I could afford!
Went into the store and spoke to the salesman. He was very helpful and provided me with great advice. I have never bought from there before but would certainly recommend them over some of the bigger stores we've been to.
