Lazy disinterested doctors. Go somewhere else
Recently started attending this practice. The car parking situation is a bit annoying. I usually park in multi storey and walk accross. Reception is busy all the time but they are still very helpful. The drs and nurses i have seen so far have all been very nice and ive already seen a few. There is a good text reminder system and they let you know about your test results and if you need more. (My last surgery did not do this) They seem to be more converned about you as a person. I like this surgery and the staff are always good. They seem to have alot of different departments and drop in clinics too. Overall very good.

I always find the staff & doctors very helpful at Rowcroft. I never wait long for an appointment, which is always appreciated.
Not enough doctors to meet demand and reception staff rude and ignorant. Small car park used daily by this same cars, probably owned by people working in Stroud.
