Its interesting to see that all reviews are either 5* or 1* - I think their tolerance approach perhaps gives them the marmite appeal, you love them or hate them. Personally I can only speak as I find. If you treat the staff with politeness and respect you get it back and they are very fair and helpful. I have seen receptionists give short thrift to rude people though, which is fair enough, no one should take unfair treatment and non-attendance to appointments is a serious issue. In terms of the dentists, I was a bit nervous when I was new to the practise (about 4 years ago) but now I have absolute confidence in them, they have been so friendly and reassuring with good results I'm really happy to let them get on with what they think is right -they have my full trust, which is a nice compliment given the job they do. Rang to cancel appointment due to contracting a sickness bug. Telephone answered by a very rude receptionist.
No problems with the dentists here. Staff are friendly and reminders of appointments are helpfully provided via text. Car parking is available across the road and is really cheap... currently around 1.80 for three hours, which is the most expensive option, and is also free after 3pm every day.
