Recently I bought my boyfriends Mum a necklace for her birthday in this shop. I found the staff so unbelievably rude. No one spoke to me when I waked in. Then after I had paid the lady at the till did not even say thank you! I had just handed over hard earned money and not even a thank you. She barley said a word to me and I felt so uncomfortable. I wont be giving them the chance to do this again as I wont be returning. Such a shame as the shop is lovely and has brilliant gifts.
