I took my car here to get an oil leak fixed. The first time I took it in, they realised they didn't have the part and said they would order it and call me in a week when it arrived. So I drove the car home wasting time and money with it not fixed. They never called, so a week and a half later I called them and they said it hadn't arrived and said they would call me in a few days when it had come. Again, they never did so a week later I called again and they said they had it but had lost my number somehow so couldn't call me (I'd given it to them twice already). I asked them how much it would cost to fix it and the man I spoke with said he didn't know and would sum it up roughly and call me back (guess what, he never did). The second time I took it in, they drained the car of oil to then realise they'd ordered the wrong part. So they reordered the part. I again took my car home wasting time and money once again without it getting fixed. I booked my car in for a third time, and finally they fixed it. Due to this poor service, I asked if they could knock the price down a bit, and the guy said he already had - which I knew to be not true having chased them for a quote earlier (they'd charged me what they said they would from the start, how is that a discount exactly?). Overall, if you want to feel your car is safe to drive and well looked after, I would not recommend taking it to this garage.
Would not even rate 1 star. Failed MOT for break fluid contamination and charging 50 pound for fixing this problem amongst other supposed faults ...trying to con you out of money. Took car to more reliable to re MoT and fix .. half the cost. Even parked our car on public road away from garage.
Seriously impressed with the customer service and all the work carried out on my transit for a very fair price. It was a big job and they were very professional. Will definitively be a returning customer and recommending to others.
Superb service. They certainly go the extra mile. Sometimes communication could be better but the end result is always first class. Great confidence in them.
These guys are just great! From booking my car in, to having it fixed, to receiving the reasonable bill at the end, i can never fault the service!Been using them for about 2 years now. They are polite, friendly and really know their stuff. Just had my gear stick fixed by them on a new car a just bought. Very simple fix that they didnt charge me for. How often does a garage have that level of customer care?
