I work in customer service and was delighted with the way I was dealt with by the team at Stroud Enterprise. Ryan in particular dealt with me the most and I had had some issues from mistakes from my insurance company and he really helped me out. He is a credit to the company and made me want to use Enterprise next time and tell my friends what great service you guys give.Thank you.
Really good price for a one week rental. The insurance is worth it and explained locically by team. Charlotte was brilliant when I picked the car up - really friendly. 5 Stars! - highly recommend.
I returned the car to the Stroud Depot. When entering the branch it was very busy with other customers and the phone line ringing. However, considering this, I was greeted by Ryan who said he will be with me as soon as possible and Charlotte who apologised for the delay. Ryan checked the vehicle around and was incredibly polite. He was incredibly genuine and had a personal conversation (other branches I have visited it has felt very robotic on the staff side). When Charlotte was then available she gave me a lift back to the office and again, very genuine conversation and friendly service on the way. I have visited over 20+ Enterprise Depots and this experience was a memorable one. Im passionate about customer service and on this rental I believe Ryan and Charlotte went above and beyond and deserve abit of recognition for such genuine customer friendly service. Im looking forward to my next trip into Stroud.H.Evans

Our Mazda developed an engine management fault on a drive home late on Saturday. Mazda took it away and said they would arrange a hire car. I didn't really think that would happen on a Sunday ...and I really needed to be on the road very early Monday. To my amazement the manager of the Stroud branch phoned me (from Essex- she was away for the weekend), confirmed my details and got one of her staff to go into work and get a car sorted for me. Absolutely fantastic service. They extended my hire without any drama when my car wasn't ready and then picked up the car from the Gloucester Mazda dealer.
