Food ok, nothing special....The main issue for us is the snooty self righteousness of the staff and regulars. If you don't wear vegan hand knitted shoes it's probably not the place to feel comfortable.Wish I liked it more.
I met with a client here today who, apparently, frequents this place regularly. I'm not a vegetarian but if all veggie food tasted this good, I could be. REALLY, REALLY impressed!!!
Very pleased we stopped by, lovely vegetarian/vegan cafe. Helpful staff. Clean toilets. Drinking, filtered water on tap. Wholesome atmosphere.
Know the owner and his wife, lovely people, lovely service and a very nice cafe with a decent selection of food including vegan and vegetarian options, smoking is permitted outside and they regularly hold events in the upper part of the cafe on Friday and Saturday night that's advertised around Stroud.
Quirky art cafe, pictures for sale, home made cakes and big selection of teas and coffees. Quite busy, I think there's not a lot of room at busy times. Great place for a chat, although can be noisy. Only a couple of minutes walk from town centre shops, but as it's up a little alley it's away from the bustle of the town. Easy to find, well signed. Recommended, it's much much better than the big chains like Costa.
